Heavy Equipment Ready When You Need It

All rentals are subject to a $100 reservation fee (applied to first day rental or refunded if canceled 72+ hrs in advance; non-refundable if less than 72 hrs).

Operator/renter must be present at drop-off and pick-up for inspection/signature. If not present, renter waives right to dispute non-compliances.

Equipment comes with a full tank of diesel. Must be returned fully fueled.

• $9.99/gal charge if not filled.

• Renter responsible for additional fuel during rental.

• Diesel fuel can provided (must be returned, not necessarily full). $55 charge if not returned.

No refunds for unused hours. Rental is per day.

• Extra hours beyond max: $80 per hour.

Damage fees apply: renter responsible for full repair cost if damage occurs during rental.

Credit card required for all heavy equipment rentals.
